EGONDU ESINWOKE- OGBALOR  has a first degree in Political Science and Administrative Studies, a post-graduate diploma in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in International Law and Diplomacy. She has obtained many certificates in Peace and Conflict Studies from the Austrian Study Center for Peace and Conflict Studies, the United Nations Department for Safety and Security and the Peace Operation Training Institute, among others.. She has well over 10 years of progressive experience in development and has worked with both international and indigenous non-profit organizations. She designed and facilitated the project that brought about the first Peace Voluntary Agreement between the Warri-Ijaws and Itsekiris- and intractable conflict that was described by many as "impossible". She also led the team that implemented an emergency relief program that was described as the best within that period. She was a key member in the strategy development, editorial preparation, and award panel negotiation that led to a $8.6M USAID Conflict Management and Mitigation Cooperative Agreement with the International Foundation for Education and Self-Help (IFESH).Egondu has authored chapters in "Ablaze for Oil: History, Dynamics and Political Economy of the Niger Delta (Rivers, Bayelsa, Ondo and Delta)" including, "Violent Conflict in Niger Delta", "Critical examination of the 'Promoters and Spoilers' in the Peace Process (es), and Options for Sustainable Peace and Development."

ENIYE  AMBAKEDEREMO is originally a management graduate who has grown over the years with a high sense of dedication and integrity. From her humble beginnings as a planning officer in Rivers State Government, she grew to become the Director General of the Bayelsa State partnership initiation agency and the state investment promotion office. She was also a pioneer Board member of Asset Management Company of Nigeria (AMCON). She was also, the senior technical adviser on Agribusiness to the immediate past Hon. Minister of State, Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development where she initiated the Nigerian Agribusiness Incubation Programme.  She is presently the Lead Consultant in EFD Consult, a firm set up to proffer solutions to issues of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

She is a strong proponent of regenerative leadership with over 27 years practical experience in public & private sector, banking, asset management, investment and economic empowerment finance and administration, policy development and execution, and turnaround management in private and public sectors to maintain, achieve and enhance corporate governance/strategic case.

Furthermore, she has enhanced her academic prowess with several notable and outstanding line of studies in social entrepreneurship, business incubation management and training, fraud detection and is an alumnus of the United Nations University of Peace. She has attended several short management courses at Harvard and other prestigious institutions to mention a few. 

JOSHUA GOGO holds  a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering (Nigeria); MSc in Computer Information Systems (USA); and MA/PhD in Economics (Canada) and with professional certificates in Balanced Scorecard, Advanced Investment Strategies, Wealth Management Essentials and Portfolio Management Techniques.

For over 20 years he worked with several organizations in various capacities and countries including: Senior Field Engineer, Schlumberger Oilfield Services; Resource Consultant on Intercultural Effectiveness to the Canadian Foreign Service Institute’s Centre for Intercultural Learning; Senior International Tax and Transfer Pricing Economist, Federal Government of Canada; Lecturer at Carleton University Ottawa, Canada, and at the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He was also the Manager of Strategy & Planning and Technical Advisor at the Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency (RSSDA) Nigeria..

Joshua Gogo is presently the Principal Consultant/CEO of LDCS Consulting and CEO of Xpolar Energy Assets, and Systems. He is also currently a Visiting Professor at the Emerald Energy Institute for Petroleum and Energy Economics, Policy and Strategic Studies of the University of Port Harcourt. Joshua is actively engaged in extensive research studies in Energy and Petroleum Industry finance, economics, public policy, firms & markets and social risks, developing unique and innovative solutions to private and public organizational challenges.
