CIEPD has a written Constitution that provides the basis for its
existence and activities, a 3-member Board of Trustees that formulates
policy, provides guidance and focus, and has oversight responsibility
for program operations; and a Management Team at its headquarters
in Port-Harcourt that manages the day-to-day operations of the organization.
CIEPD currently has about 10 employees organized into four
operational departments under one Executive Director.
The departments are Programs that manage donor funded-programs,
Administration and Finance that provides administrative and financial
support for the organization, and Service that provides direct services
to the public. The direct services include Conflict Management/Gender
based Violence, Governance, Capacity building (Training) and Economy (Entrepreneurship).
We are humble, effective, life long learners, remarkable and transparent. We love experiments and research, but are not afraid to make decisions. Good judgment is not optional.
